Exchange & Returns Policies

All purchase transactions are final and we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on any of our products, including digital products, hats, t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, and accessories.

Defective or wrong items:

Claims for incorrectly printed, damaged, defective or wrong products must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. To make a claim, please contact our customer support team at providing your original order number and any photo evidence to support your claim.

Stolen or lost packages:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If any case happens, we suggest you contact your shipping provider to try to find the lost package.

Processing orders:

Processing for most orders usually takes 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). This time does not include shipping. We have no control over the delivery speed of the carriers, so there may be delays during the holidays. Check the standard shipping times according to your carrier.
